What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Please double-check the measurements and description notes before completing your purchase. If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out via email—I'm happy to help!
What are your items made from?

All materials are upcycled from secondhand items like duvets, pre-loved clothing, and thrifted fabrics.

Prior to making each one-of-a-kind piece, every fabric is thoroughly laundered using Persil Ultimate and Vanish.

Because our items are made from vintage and repurposed textiles, natural wear and subtle variations differ from piece to piece, making each one uniquely yours.
When will I get my order?

All items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are packaged and dispatched within 1 business day.

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days via NZ Post Courier.
Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a major fault that was missed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll gladly arrange a refund or replacement for you.
